How to Enroll

Steps to enroll your child at Waynesboro Early Learning Center

Enrollment Steps

  1. Express Interest – Fill out our Child Care Interest Form online and our team will be in touch.
  2. Complete Enrollment Paperwork – All admission and enrollment forms must be completed and returned to the office prior to your child’s first day.
  3. Submit Health Records – Provide your child’s health report and immunization records. A copy of your child’s physical should be received before the first day.
  4. Start Care – Welcome to the WELC family!

  • Emergency Contact / Parental Consent Form (CY 967)
  • Child Health Report with immunizations
  • Enrollment Agreement
  • Photo Release Authorization

Health Record Schedule

  • 6 weeks – 23 months: Updated every 6 months
  • 2 – 4 years: Updated yearly
  • School age: Kindergarten physical on file
  • All students: Annual flu immunization update
